Moreover, we neither see any mention of his mandate as President \u2013 and of the corresponding remuneration i.e. 5612 gross euros per month \u2013 nor that of his Vice President position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Aubert, first vice-president of Versailles Grand Parc since her election as the head of Jouy-en-Josas<span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_7103_1('footnote_plugin_reference_7103_1_4');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_7103_1('footnote_plugin_reference_7103_1_4');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_7103_1_4\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">[4]<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_7103_1_4\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">INSEE 78350<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_7103_1_4').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_7103_1_4', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> Town Hall in March 2020, and vice-president of the Yvelines Conucil, is also in bad terms with the HATVP. This elected representative, who exerted pressure on contrib.city, is under the respective responsibility of Mr de Mazi\u00e8res and Mr Bedier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contrib\u2019City recalls that the 2013-907 French Act, dated 11 October 2013 and related to the Transparency of Public Life, obliges all the concerned local elected persons, in this case, the Presidents and Departmental Councillors and the Mayors of towns with more than 20,000 inhabitants, to declare any change to the position and\/or to the revenues within 2 months (Art. 11, Chap I). Further, Article 26 (chapter II) specifies: the fact, for a person mentioned in the Articles 4 or 11 of the same law, for omitting to declare a substantial part of his wealth or his interests, or for furnishing a false valuation of his patrimony, is punished by a penalty of three-year imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nevertheless, Fran\u00e7ois de Mazi\u00e8res, Pierre B\u00e9dier and Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Aubert, wanted to (re)establish ties with the HATVP, after several years of delay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It would be interesting to know why these three local elected officials showed themselves so timid vis-\u00e0-vis their mandates or their public or private incomes. If they have opted for political life, in a democratic country, is it not to be at the service of their territories and citizens? Why then curb a global movement of transparency that, in any case, new technologies allow today?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That being said, let us recall that after a careful examination, of all the other vice-presidents of Yvelines, only three, Mr Pierre Fond, Alexandre Joly and Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Raynal, have kept their statements up to date. The others failed to indicate their remuneration as vice-presidents (\u20ac 3,725.44 gross monthly) or their re-elections. On a European scale, according to the French Political Sciences School <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencespo.fr\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sciences-Po<\/a> survey, published on February 22, 2021, <em>the state of mind of the French [is characterized today] by <\/em><i>lassitude <\/i><em>and gloom and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/sante\/maladie\/coronavirus\/vaccin\/lassitude-et-morosite-en-forte-hausse-mefiance-a-l-egard-des-vaccins-vision-negative-de-la-politique-ce-qu-il-faut-retenir-du-barometre-annuel-de-la-confiance-politique_4305535.html#xtor=EPR-51-[lassitude-mefiance-vis-a-vis-des-politiques-et-des-vaccins-l-etat-d-esprit-des-francais-s-est-degrade-en-un-an-selon-un-sondage-du-cevipof_4306685]-20210222-[bouton]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">77% of our compatriots have a negative vision for Politics<\/a><\/em>. A few weeks ago, this elected official finally took the plunge and declared himself to the High Authority.
