jail term for any lack of declaration of interest or wealth or for any seriously false declaration. <em>N\u00e9ant<\/em>: nil.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reading this information on a site for the French Republic, a doubt arises: what if Ms. Aubert already had, at the time, despite her declaration of honor, other political and remunerative positions?<\/p>\n<p><img According to Laurent Mauron, of the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leparisien.fr\/yvelines-78\/jouy-en-josas-marie-helene-aubert-candidate-a-la-succession-de-jacques-bellier-21-11-2019-8198556.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parisien<\/a>&#8216; (21st November 2019), From 2011, she joined the general council. The remuneration for this post, in 2015, was gross \u20ac 2661\/month (cf: article L-3123-15 from the General Local Authorities Code. See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journaldunet.com\/patrimoine\/finances-personnelles\/1059791-le-salaire-des-politiques-et-des-elus\/1059808-conseiller-departemental\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Journal du net<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contrarily to what Mrs Aubert has declared to the High Authority for Public Transparency, the local politician was also a member of the <span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">board of directors of the Outer Paris Region Management Center (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cigversailles.fr\">Centre Interd\u00e9partemental de Gestion de la Grande Couronne de la R\u00e9gion d&#8217;Ile-de-France<\/a>). This structure is dedicated to unite the publics needs of the <em>d\u00e9partements<\/em>&nbsp; belonging to the second ring outskirts of the City of Paris. Mrs Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Aubert belongs to the Board of Directors of this structure, contrarily to what she had declared to the High Authority for public
